On their website they have a search bar. In their search bar you can type in any ailment and they will come up with a list of oils that is good for that ailment. Now the trick is knowing what oil is good for what or what blend is best. The first several years is trial and error. I've been doing this for several years. It takes a couple of years to really figure it out.
To learn about the single oils I would recommend getting an app on your phone called "essential oils reference guide". That will help you get started learning about the oils. Their blends are different than the blends from this site. That app will not help you with the blends.
note: not all oils are safe to use internally. Only certain ones.
Things you'll need:
1. a half gallon of fractionated coconut oil. You can get this on amazon. That's where I get it. So far that amount is lasting me 5 years. That stuff doesn't go bad.
You have to dilute the oils to use them topically.
2. You'll also need empty young living bottles. 15 ml. I get those on eBay in bulk. I don't pay more than a dollar per empty bottle. If you get it in bulk sometimes you can get them cheaper.
Go on eBay and type in "empty young living bottles" and see which seller has the best price. I do this all the time. Make sure you get at least 10 of the 15ml size bottles.
3. Young living roller ball tops. I think I get those on eBay or amazon. Comes in a pack of 10 for $10 or so.
4. Empty vegetable capsules. Size 00. You can get those on amazon or at sprouts, Whole Foods, walmart or target also probably has them. They should come in a pack of several hundred for like $5 or so.
5. Capsule machine. You can get this on amazon
6. Small funnels. I use a small gold funnel for the capsules and a silver funnel for putting the oils in the empty bottles. You can get small gold and silver funnels on amazon.
7. large eye dropper. You can get this this on amazon.
- Essential oil diffuser. I get mine off amazon. I’ve used several different brands. There is no wrong choice here.
- Essential oil diffuser necklace. I get mine off amazon. Again multiple choices. There’s no wrong choice here.
Now that you know what supplies you'll need here are a few of the oils that I use.
All of these are safe for internal use.
I always order the 30ml size bottled because I use them so much but you can start with the 15 ml to begin with. It will cheaper but actually the bigger size you order the cheaper it is. I've already done the price comparison.
For sickness I put 3-4 drops of plague defense and oregano oil in an empty vegetable capsule.
How to do. Take the bottom part of the capsule machine, the biggest part and seperate the capsule and put the bigger part of the capsule in one of the holes in the capsule machine. This will hold the capsule upright. Now take the small funnel and place it in the capsule. Now hold your oil dropper bottle over the capsule until you get the right amount of drops in your capsule. Now put the top part of the capsule back on and take like a pill.
How to use the empty young living bottles with the roller ball tops.
Take the cap off the bottle and take the dopper part of the bottle and replace with roller ball and cap. Make sure roller ball top snaps all the way down. If it doesn't push it down yourself. It should go all the way down. You'll be able to tell if it's down far enough or not.
When I use the roll on bottles I use half essential oil and fill up the other half with fractionated coconut oil. You have to dilute it to use them topically.
