Cell Danger response 
There are 3 steps to cell danger response

CDR1-threat, symptoms, inflammation 
Mitochondria cells push down ATP production to push up oxygen levels to kill off 
pathogen and viruses this causes a high level of oxygen in the cells causing dehydration 
and Oxidative shielding - shutting down other processes inside the cell- protective 
Cell danger response also shuts down methylation so the virus can't replicate. 

This also changes the way we metabolize sulfer. 
Glutathione is a sulfer. We make it with methylation. 
This changes the way tripofame is metabolized. 
Tripofame makes serratonin which makes melatonin. 
Or it can make acids which are inflammation causing anxiety and other mental issues. 
It also changes the way we metabolize b6. 
Cell danger response also shuttles ATP to the cell surface where it acts as a signal 
(like a car alarm) to other cells that it's not well.
 This signaling ups the dopamine in the body causing us to remember the danger. 

In CDR1 the body sequesters heavy metals instead of getting rid of it. 
Treat the stress, limbic system, vagus nerve, (safety)
 infections, (mold, Lyme, heavy metals, toxins, EMF, etc. ) 

CDR2- rebuilding dead cells, immature,
CDR3 - learning how to communicate with other cells again. 

Anxiety - low energy state 
Relax- high energy state 
It doesn't take energy to tighten your muscles but it takes energy to relax them. 
Safety causes healing -physical, mental, emotional
Upregulation  is nervous tension
Cellular communication is the key- relationship - talking/communication on a cellular level 

Psychology is the best example for cellular communication
When you go to try to heal something you're gonna fight and have inflammation 
and it takes energy and sometimes you don't have the energy 
Go slow with supplements so it doesn't cause cell danger response
Inflammation causes ligament lax and makes it hard to hold adjustments 
and messes with your vagus nerve thus disrupting the nervous system
When the body is under stress it sends fear signals and causes inflammation. 
During allergy season it's harder to hold an adjustment due to inflammation and cell danger response
