Iron Sharpens Iron (ISI) was a fellowship group we briefly attended at the Richfield Community Church
The group's guiding principles were summed up as "APPLE":

Dr. Curtis Mitchell on Prayer
In September of 2005, Debbie Martin taught several lessons on prayer. In this series, Debbie shared with the group some messages given by her father: Dr. Curtis Mitchell. These messages were recorded in the late 1970s at the First Brethren Church in Long Beach, CA, and are very relevant today. With permission from Debbie they are available here:
